The Organizing Committee of ICC Lex Mercatoria announces the official start of III International Student Competition on International Trade Law and International Commercial Arbitration.

For those eager to take part in the Competition ICC Lex Mercatoria-2014 as an arbiter:

III International Student Competition ICC Lex Mercatoria will take place from the 28th November till the 1st December 2014 inMinsk (The Republic of Belarus) at the premises of Belarusian State University Law Faculty.

The Competition will be traditionally preceded by the dialogue between professionals within the Legal Forum. A key topic of the Forum and the Competition will be bank guarantee under URDG, its form, content, the issues of validity and independence, bank guarantees in public procurement. Procedural matters will be related to the issues of an arbitration agreement, parallel proceedings in state courts and anti-arbitration prohibitive measures.

The Competition provides an honest professional struggle, interaction with the best specialists in the field of international arbitration and international trade law within the Legal Forum. The winners will get the opportunity of the internship in Baker & McKenzie law firm.
